THE SYSTEM. The bone screws are made of titanium grade V. They are self-tapping with an external body of 1.2mm and a 2mm round head with lock-drive insert. The plates are made of titanium grade I and have a profile height of 0.6mm. They are available in most of the usual shapes and forms.

The self-tapping screw is the essential part of this accurate bone fixation system. It is made in accordance with the highest quality standards, and its ease of use is unsurpassed by any other system.

The screwdrivers are highly innovative and unique. The design of the instrument’s shape was based on research with regard to optimum length, lightness and slenderness. Thus it was reduced to absolute simplicity and beauty. The aim was to provide surgeons with a genuinely directional feeling and accuracy by manipulating the screwdriver from its sides, not at the top. Application of force is never needed. The tiny, self-tapping screws find their direction through the bone in a firm, sure and easy way.

BONE SCREWS. Ø1.2mm, gold anodized, Titanium grade V, round screw head with tapered inside square (depth 0.50mm), conical under head. The micro screws series have been developed for osteosynthesis in pediatric bone surgery, fracture surgery and osteotomies of the cranio-facial area. Possibly the screw can be used with a washer (W.001 - 6/pkg) on the B- and G-series plates.
